On Wednesday, December 6th, Benny Sings celebrates his 20th anniversary with a concert in Carré. The Amsterdam-based artist just announced this on Dutch Radio 2. Ticket sales for this concert will start this Friday, May 12 at 10:00 AM here
For Benny Sings it’s another dream come true, looking back on a year full of highlights: the release of his new album Young Hearts, a billboard for that same album in Time Square in New York, and of course a sold-out Paradiso & European tour. The concert in Carré will be the perfect closing of the year
“When I released my debut album Champagne People 20 years ago, I could have never dreamed that we would sell out Paradiso, and now we will also play in Carré! A real crown on this special jubilee year. We will do everything we can to make this show as special as possible.”
This year Benny’s new album ‘Young Hearts’ was released, on which he collaborated with star-producer Kenny Beats (IDLES, FKA Twigs, Gucci Mane, etc). In addition to the sold-out European club tour and this Carré show, Benny plays at major festivals such as North Sea Jazz and will be on tour with his band through the USA.
