Soepermarkt Management roster artist Bnnyhunna has been nominated for the 23rd edition of the prestigious Amsterdamprijs voor de Kunst in the Stimuleringsprijs category. Organized by the Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst (AFK), the prize celebrates artists who deliver exceptional work while deeply impacting the cultural fabric of Amsterdam.
Selected by an expert jury from over 550 community nominations, the multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer is recognized for his distinct sonic identity. In their official report, the jury praised his ability to translate the versatility of his surroundings into a unique artistic signature, noting that “his music carries you, and his concerts hold a spiritual weight.”
The nomination marks a standout milestone for Bnnyhunna, reflecting an intense period of dedicated work in the studio and on stage. With a steady stream of new projects and upcoming material on the horizon, this recognition sets a strong foundation for what is next to come.
The winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 27, during a ceremony at Internationaal Theater Amsterdam (ITA). Leading up to the event, Het Parool will feature an in-depth interview with Bnnyhunna.
